Not much to report

I did my new workshop yesterday. You know, the one I decided not to over prepare for? It went well—not perfectly—but well. I received good feedback and an indication that there might be more work to come. So that’s good. I was nervous, but I did it anyway. Yay me.

There’s nothing funny or interesting to say about it really, so I won’t go on. Instead, I’ll leave you with one of my favorite quotes about bravery from “Life, the Universe and Everything” by Douglas Adams:

Deciding that just as discretion was the better part of valor, so was cowardice the better part of discretion, he valiantly hid himself in a closet.
